Restaurant Assistant Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000 + Bonus Potential

Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all employee processes- recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, coaching, and motivating
- Focus on the employee, guest, and food safety
- Assist GM with P&L – inventory, food ordering/costs, labor
Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of Restaurant Manager experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to focus on customer service and support
- Must have strong employee leadership experience and desire
