Seeking a Weekend On-Call Registered Nurse with hospice and home health experience. We are passionate about bringing care to all of those who need it and that includes the beautiful mountainous regions and hard-to-reach folks. We get there! Weekend On-Call Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Triage incoming calls
- Provide assessment and patient care visits as needed in Clear Creek, Gilpin, Jefferson and Park Counties
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team
Weekend On-Call Registered Nurse Requirements
- Licensed RN – Current and in Good Standing with State of Colorado
- COVID-19 Vaxed and Boosted (Must show proof)
- 2+ Years of Home Health or Hospice experience
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle able to traverse challenging and rural landscapes
Weekend On-Call Registered Nurse Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate $36-$46
