Private Country Club in Georgia is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
If you have experience as a bartender and at least 3 years as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, we'd love to speak with you! This is a full-time year-round position.
Assistant Restaurant Manager Duties:
- Develop creative ideas to elevate and sustain guest satisfaction
- Support recruiting, training, staff retention, and development initiatives
- Write staff schedules based on forecasted business levels
- Work cohesively with both FOH and BOH ensuring consistency of quality and service
Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Servant-leader mentality
- 3+ years of food and beverage managerial experience
- Superior guest service, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to team development
