Reporting directly to the General Manager, our Kitchen Manager plays a pivotal role in leading our culinary team to ensure seamless operations and exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and direct all food preparation activities, ensuring timely and exquisite meals.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adherence to health code regulations.
- Maximize team productivity and uphold quality standards.
- Train and develop team members for optimal performance and personal growth.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to meet budgetary goals.
- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house managers for seamless service.
- Assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of kitchen staff.
- Establish and maintain food waste control measures.
- Create a safe and productive workplace environment.
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in a Sous Chef or managerial kitchen role.
- ServeSafe Certification.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and document software.
