What you'll do:
- Assist in the execution of the restaurant’s business plan as directed by the GM
- Understanding of (P&L)
- Assist the GM with developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and guest frequency
What you'll need:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience is required.
- Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to effectively manage COGS and labor.
