Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee all team members
- Ensure our brand standards are met.
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Management experience with fast-casual concepts
- At least 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Must have hands-on/high-volume experience
- Professional attitude/system oriented
- Steady tenure
- Must be highly team-oriented and quality food-focused
