The Assistant Director of Facilities is an important part of our luxury hotel team. Reporting to the Director of Facilities and the General Manager, this person understands that maintains the quality and safety of all property facilities is of utmost importance.

Assistant Director of Facilities and Maintenance Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facilities maintenance team
  • Experience with large outdoor spaces – green-friendly resort
  • Oversee facilities budgets, direct routine maintenance, respond to emergencies, manage risk, manage renovations and contractors, oversee security, and conduct site inspections over multiple buildings located on one beautiful campus
  • Support physical plant and systems, of main buildings and living units, are frequent
  • Manage and supervise a maintenance team that provides 7-day per-week coverage

Assistant Director of Facilities and Maintenances Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Property Management
  • HVAC, electrical background
  • Hydrology experience preferred – numerous pools and hot tubs
  • 5 + years of proven experience in facilities management – hospitality preferred

Assistant Director of Facilities and Maintenance Compensation:

  • $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 Base
