Our client, a prestigious law firm, is actively seeking a contract Leave Coordinator! We are looking for a benefits savvy candidate who are confident in their knowledge- you’ll be needed to jump right in!
About You:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position
- 5+ years of benefit-based experience for a corporate organization required
- Working knowledge of California, New York, and Washington DC leave laws are preferred
- An unwavering attention to detail
- An adaptable work ethic with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize when needed
- Proficient in HRIS systems, Workday preferred
The Job:
- Collect, review, process and administer all employee associated leave status and ensure proper documentation in the system
- Maintain and update the LOA report and distribute to field management biweekly, including entry of new STD/WC claims and status updates
- Coordinate with the Total Rewards team to ensure all information is accurate and proper protocol is followed
- Work cross-functionally with payroll to verify accurate coding
- Input all related information into HRIS system
- Serves as point of contact for calls on new WC claims and shares status on return to work
