Our client, a reputable and growing PE firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their flagship NYC office. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility to come in early or work later as needed. Hybrid is schedule is 3/2 but there is a need to be in the office 3-5 days per week depending on meetings. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a team and is very flexible. The company provides stability and is a nice place to work!
Responsibilities:
- Heavy travel coordination, including booking a mix of private and commercial flights and private corporate planes
- Management and scheduling of calendars, managing the busy schedules and staying on top of them
- Order supplies, maintain inventory and overall office operations; liaise with building management
- Meet and greet clients and internal employees visiting from other offices; book restaurant reservations and car service
- Set up the conference room as needed for all meetings and conferences; order catering
- Complete expense reports
- Work collaboratively with other support staff
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience
- Experience in professional services, hospitality or retail
- BA/BS required
- Flexible, team-player mentality with the desire to help others
Compensation/Benefits/Perks:
- Up to $75K base depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus
