Investment Management firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Office Manager to join the Facilities team. The team is excited to add an experienced Office Manager to oversee the space, provide leverage to the Business Management team, and promote a positive employee and client experience on site.
The ideal candidate will have a high degree of ownership and will be capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a dynamic environment with a “no task is too small” attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Facilities
- Manage Receptionist and Facilities Coordinators
- Liaise with building management (access, security, office cleaning, rent, fire safety, zoom, etc.)
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Responsible for furniture and fixtures
- Responsible for connectivity and working knowledge of office tech equipment (copiers, printers, internet, cable, a/v)
- Document retention and in office storage
- Office supplies management
- Maintain and manage office seating chart
- Human Resources
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
- Company purchasing card and office expense invoice management
- Subscription management
- PTO tracking and reporting
- HR record maintenance (birthdays, contact info, etc.)
- Employee onboarding
- Event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- 3+ years professional experience preferred
- Financial Services experience is preferred
- High levels of ownership and drive
- Sound judgement
- High integrity, collegial, transparent, and relationship oriented
- Organized and strong attention to detail
- Well-spoken and great presentation (written and verbal communication skills)
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to 130K + Discretionary Bonus
