Essential Functions:

  • Support the products and services offered
  • Build annual marketing calendar
  • Support the products and services offered through Trinity Investors
  • Complete quarterly core marketing objectives, as well as help to develop longer-term messaging and campaigns in line with branding
  • Participate in product marketing strategy development; execute marketing plans
  • Work with the Compliance Team to follow legal and regulatory content review
  • Establish strong partnerships across the Investments and Client Relations teams, facilitating design of investor-facing materials including decks, graphics, etc
  • Lead the creation of new and updating of core collateral and sales ideas
  • Manage the development of marketing materials for active and prospective investors including brochures, fliers, and signage
  • Work with Client Relations personnel to perform investor surveys on a routine basis
  • Manage and post on firm’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, company homepage, Instagram, etc.)
  • Manage and distribute gifts to investors and partners related to acquisitions and dispositions
  • Support the onboarding of new employees including scheduling headshots, ordering personalized office supplies, and maintaining records
  • Submit company merchandise orders and manage inventory for gifts and new hires
  • Manage logistics for investor events
  • Develop the marketing team in copywriting for social posts, quarterly newsletters, and press releases as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant subject
  • 3+ years of experience in managing content communications, marketing, or branding is required, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong attention to detail and the analytical abilities needed to interpret key business objectives into content and campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of regulatory implications of marketing, advertising, and media
  • Creative thinker, team player, and positive influencer
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), Google Sheets, Canva, and social media
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing, finance basics, and strategic communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Notable interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and coordinate with third parties on behalf of Trinity
  • Willing to travel to investor events nationwide
  • Must have the ability to self-direct work and exercise independent judgment to formulate and implement solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Social media proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines across several projects
  • Self-starter; able to identify “what’s next” and make meaningful progress with little oversight or structure
  • Familiarity with JuniperSquare or similar CRM tool, such as Salesforce and/or Constant Contact
