Our client, a real estate developer located just outside of Boston, MA, is seeking a part time Studio Coordinator to join their team! The part time Studio coordinator will provide a broad range of administrative support to the Studio/Design Team. This role will be temporary for the following 5 months with potential to be extended into a permanent role. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

Pay: 25-30/hr, 60-65K perm
Location: hybrid, Chestnut Hill

Primary Responsibilities:
* Oversee the Calendar for the SVP Studio and set meetings for the overall team
* Manage daily schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
* Process invoices through Avid system
* Create weekly reports from Salesforce and SpringAhead for the overall team’s review.
* Greet visitors and order catering as needed
* Log, track and organize various forms, documents and funnel information
* Liaison with various internal departments
* Troubleshoot office equipment: printers, faxes, copiers, plotters, etc.
* Miscellaneous duties, projects and assigned tasks
* Provide backup to the receptionist for phone coverage as needed

Computer Skills:
* Strong experience in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and SalesForce (or similar data entry program)

Education and Experience:
* Five plus years administrative experience working in a busy, professional office environment is necessary.
* Real Estate background desired, but not required
* Experience supporting multiple professionals in a fast-paced environment is required.
* Bachelor’s Degree desired, but not required
