Our client, one of the largest architecture firms in NYC, is looking for an HR Generalist to join their NYC team. In this role, you will interact with all levels of staff and report to the Associate Director of Human Resources. Your duties will consist of partnering with staffing agencies for architectual design and support positions, cooridnating logistics for campus recruiting events, and coordinating all new hire onboarding. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8+ years of experience
- High level of proficiency with software including Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in architecture/engineering/construction preferred
