Large, reputable law firm is seeking a Senior IP Docket Specialist for their branch office in Chicago! This is a full time, direct hire position (37.5 hour work week) with little overtime expected.
Our client is growing! They are building out new space in their Loop office and require 2 days on site. The firm has a great culture, wonderful benefits, and growth potential.
The sr. IP Docket Specialist will be responsible for docketing and de-docketing patent and trademark deadlines, processing incoming mail, providing docketing reports, and answering questions related to docketing from staff, paralegals, and attorneys.
The firm utilizes Inprotech for docketing.
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of IP docket experience and experience with a docketing software program. Inprotech is preferred but not required.
