PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handling incoming requests from resort guests by phone, e-mail, and managing their inquires or requests
* Provide accurate information to Guests in a courteous manner
* Handle and resolve Guests inquiries and general questions
* Identify and escalate priority issues
* Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with Guests, employees and outside contacts
* Maintain company’s customer service standards
* Knowledge, understanding of good accounting practices
* Audit and compile Catering/ Wedding/ group/ golf, billing in Opera
* Extended Stay Guest Billing
* Tax Exempt reconciliations/ Adjustments
* Festive Function Billings – Nutcracker, Christmas, Mothers Day, Festa etc
* Coordinate collection efforts as necessary
* Assist some Month End Procedures
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Work in a team environment while also being able to work independently on certain tasks
* Use of Microsoft products (including Word and Excel)
* Utilize Resort specific applications (Opera, Amadeus, Micros, Shift4, Spasoft, GivEx)
* Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with Operations and Guests
* Follow the companies provided SOP’s
MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Strong organizational skills and detailed-oriented
* Self-starter, ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills
* Flexible to change and able to work in team environment
* Demonstrate initiative and professionalism
* Excellent customer service skills
* Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
-Resort/ hotel expereince preferred
