We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join a brand-new team for our nationally recognized client. You will be leading a team of Backend Engineers and working with other teams including Design, Operations, Product, and stakeholders to build a new web experience for customers to purchase mobility products. Required Skills:
6+ years as a Software Engineer w/ a proven record developing solutions w/ technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and Python
Experience leading a team of backend engineers & leading architectural discussions
Experience gathering requirements and designing customer facing solutions
Experience completing code reviews & providing feedback to your team
Experience designing RESTful API integrations w/ 3rd parties
Desired Skills:
AWS experience a plus
Experience securing a publicly facing API a huge plus
Finance or Automotive experience a plus
Computer Science degree or related field of study
