Required Skills:

Must have at least 1-2 years experience in an enterprise service desk or technical support call center environment that has high call volumes

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to be able to solve user problems quickly

Experience with Windows Registry, ini files, and Control Panel Settings

Experience with PC hardware troubleshooting and repair

Experience with TCP/IP, internet, LAN/WAN, wireless technology, and audio/video systems

Experience using a remote tool to troubleshoot user issues such as Bomgar, etc.

Must be able to demonstrate a huge passion and track record in customer service

Experience using a ticketing system to document user tickets

Experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10 operating system

Must be extremely motivated, possess “Go Getter” attitude, and be able to work a high sense of urgency and attention to detail

Experience supporting printer issues

Experience supporting MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and ideally Office365

Experience using Active Directory and ability to reset passwords, add/delete users as well as understand distribution lists and groups

Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate past experience supporting proprietary applications

Must be responsible, driven, trustworthy, reliable, and able to work effectively without in person managerial supervision

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Be proactive, mature and possess a strong sense of initiative

Flexibility in the hours they are available to work

Able to work EST time zone hours

Desired Skills:

Associates or Bachelors degree in information technology or related field strongly desired

Must know how to take a computer apart and put it back together and have experience with imaging, etc.

Experience supporting VDI technology such as Citrix

A+ Certification or Microsoft related certifications a plus

Experience working with ServiceNow

Experience supporting Macbooks is strongly desired

Experience supporting mobile devices or telecom related issues a plus

Experience supporting wireless connectivity issues strongly desired

Experience using a knowledge base and contributing to knowledge bases

Service Desk Analysts should be reliable, trustworthy, be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment without direct manager supervision day to day.
