SALARY:
- Taxed Rate: $31.00
- Special OT & Holiday: $75.00
- Double Time: $150.00
- Local Rate: $65.00
- Weekly Per Diem: $1,701.00
- Travel Reimbursement: $400.00

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years recent experience
- Nursing License
- COVID Vaccine required
- AHA ONLY—BLS, ACLS
