Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our growing team and contribute to the seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Implement operating standards for the service team
- Work closely with other members of the leadership team, kitchen staff, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all new hires are trained on the expectations of service standards
- Manage the review process for all employees
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- 1+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if the needs of the business and position dictate
- Ability to utilize traditional software programs such as Gmail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and any additional systems as needed; Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
