Are you an experienced legal professional specializing in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits?
Our prestigious law firm is seeking a talented Partner to join our Tax practice group.
This position offers flexibility to be based out of any of our Florida locations.
Tax Partner Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits matters within the Tax practice group.
- Provide expertise in defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, 401k plans, and profit-sharing plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional legal services.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
Tax Partner Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience practicing in a law firm.
- Expertise in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits matters.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one.
- Portable book of business is highly preferred.
